12/1/09 Tues: USE FORK FIRST TIME

JAYDEN USED A FORK ALL BY HIMSELF TODAY FOR THE FIRST TIME! Daddy fed Jayden one of his favorites, cheese filled noodles! Jayden was just picking them up one by one with his fork. Of course, some missed him mouth and then he cheated by using his fingers, but we won't dwell on that, tee hee.

Earlier Mommy snapped this cute picture of Jayden and Duce watching Daddy work in the yard.

11/27/09 Fri: Poff Family Get-together

Mommy gave Daddy the camera to take pictures tonight and Daddy only took TWO, so here they are. Jayden spent the evening with the Poff family for after Thanksgiving festivities. Jayden got to play with his new six month old second cousin David. LOOK AT THOSE CHEEKS!

Today was Mommy's most FAVORITE holiday! THANKSGIVING!!!!!! Jayden likes it too because the day consists of Jayden's favorite...endless amounts of yummy food! Jayden INHALED everything put in front of him, then played a little till the triptophan kicked in and Jayden passed out on the floor. Mommy and Daddy made me all nice and comfy in an Eagle's blanket nest till I woke up and was ready for more!

This was my FIRST Thanksgiving that I could eat all the yummy stuff the adults did!

11/21/90 Sat: Jayden sees his girlfriend

Mommy had a craft thing today at the house and guess what?! JAYDEN'S GIRLFRIEND WAS THERE! As the night went on there was plenty of playing and running around, but at night it got serious. After Jayden put on his sexy monster PJs, Alexis was in for it. Jayden made his move, and Mommy caught it all with the camera. Now it looks worse that it was, this was just a kiss and hug...he he.

11/18/09 Wed: York County Park

Current Mood: CHILLY!

Decided to go to York County Park today for our weekly outting. It was pretty chilly and windy so we didn't stay long. Was actually kind of nice because there was NOBODY at the park until we were about ready to leave. Of course Jayden was happy just playing in the DIRT and getting wads of crud under his nails. Mommy had to soak him a LONG time in the bath that night! Boys will be boys!

11/17/09 Tue: SHOTS

Mommy was so mean today! She made Jayden go back to the doctor to get the shots that he missed last week due to being sick. Jayden got them in his ARMS instead of his legs this time. OUCH! But Mommy made up for it by sharing some ice cream at home with Jayden later....(Because we all know ice cream makes boo boos feel all better!)

11/12/09 Sat: 2 more teeth

Current Mood: SORE

Mommy found two more teeth today! I have a molar on the top right and a molar on the bottom left. OUCH!

11/9/09 Mon: Check up

Current Mood: OK

Jayden has just gotten over a cold so they didn't give him shots today. But they did the usual check up for 15 months by weighing him and measuring him. He's 25 pounds 15 ounces and 33 inches long!

11/6/09 Fri: Fall Leaves

Lots of leaves in Grammy and Grampy's yard for Jayden to play with again this year! Today Jayden and Chance went there to play in the leaves and get some pictures. Jayden even helped Grampy rake the yard!

Jayden had his first lollypop today! He had a blueberry one and LOVED every minute of it!

Mom's group was at Faloons today. Jayden played Skeeball and had some fun playing in the ball pit.

10/31/09 Halloween!

Jayden wore his Fireman PJ's for the mall walk this week, then he doned Chance's old dino costume for our neighbor's halloween party. Then for the finale to go trick or treating on halloween, Jayden was YODA from Star Wars! Chance dressed as Bobofet, and Aunti K was Princes Leha. Jayden's costume can also double as Luke Skywalker.

As you can see, Jayden had fun walking up on the porches to collect halloween loot!

10/30/09 Fri: 2nd Haircut

Talk about quick hair growth! Jayden had to get his second haircut today. He did a fantastic job and the older ladies at the salon were ALL OVER him giving him attention. He ate it all up and was such a ham. Mommy would have taken a picture, but she had to hold Jayden while Donna cut his hair. After all, Mommy makes a better seat than a height chair, he he.

10/29/09 Thurs: Mall Trick Or Treat

Current Mood: FULL

The West Manchester Mall had their annual trick or treating today for the kids. This is the first time Jayden got to participate, as he was a little too young last year. Jayden had a blast and got a LOT of candy (which was mostly given to Chance to eat.)

Jayden was a handsome heroic fireman for the day! His hat was authentic too! He got it from the West York firemen at a block watch event earlier in the year!

10/25/09 Sun: Halloween Parade/Pumkin Pickin

Current Mood: Feelin a little like fall

Lots of firsts for Jayden today! Jayden sat through his first parade and WOW was he in awe of it. Mommy and Daddy think Jayden only blinked twice through the whole thing! Jayden's favorite part of the parade was the bands, and the fire trucks.

With overalls and boots on, Jayden also go to pick his first pumpkin and run through a corn maze. Mommy had a hard time keeping up with Jayden in the corn! He was right at home in those rows. Jayden also got his first hay ride today! The farmer drove us out to the pumpkin patch with a cool tractor that Jayden loved to watch.

10/24/09 Sat: Started singing

What a songbird Jayden has become! All those hours of Mommy singing songs and finally Jayden stretched those vocal cords and started singing. Everyone was at our neighbors for a birthday party for their son, and while Jayden was quietly playing with the McDonald's kitchen set in the corner, he started singing his own little song. Mommy is very excited that Jayden may be accompanying her while she sings Twinke Twinkle Little Star!

10/24/09 Sat: Chance's BD Party

Chance turns 5 today! What better way to celebrate than an ARMY PARTY!? Jayden joined in the festivities as the kids enjoyed cake, games and even an obsticle course!

Jayden got a really cool Army hat and gun as a favor, but Mommy couldn't get him to stay still long enough to get a picture of both. Of course now that the party is over, the army gun is Jayden's most prized toy!
